Yes. Sensory is built by developers for developers. We offer free file hosting to help you distribute assets, code, and media without unexpected bills or lock-in.
Do I need an account to upload files?
No account required. We believe in frictionless developer workflows. You can use our UI or API to mirror assets immediately, without providing personal information.
What are the bandwidth and storage limits?
We operate a high-speed global edge grid. While there are no strict hard limits on bandwidth, we enforce sensible file size limits (e.g., 4.5MB via standard UI, or larger via direct B2 upload) to ensure the grid remains fast and available for everyone.
Are there ads on Sensory?
Zero ads. We don't clutter the platform with banners or tracking scripts. Sensory's goal is to provide clean, reliable infrastructure, not to monetize your attention.
Can I host large assets like VR or video files?
Yes, our grid is optimized for high-bitrate and large media delivery. Simply use our direct-to-storage API routes to bypass standard proxy limits for larger files.
Is FTP access available?
We currently focus on our modern REST API (see our API Docs) for high-speed, secure uploads. The API supports advanced features like namespace isolation and HMAC tokens, which FTP cannot provide.
